Our company has responded to market and regulatory needs by equipping itself with a digital overprinting and serialization line.

Our line is able to overprint the cases with images, texts and 1D/2D barcodes.

The inkjet writing head with DoD (Drop on Demand) technology prints at a resolution of 720 dpi which achieves high quality and precision.

Printed items are 100% inspected with an online electronic verification system. The image or barcode is compared to the master. The texts are verified with an OCR/OCV system.

Non-compliant cartons are automatically rejected.

Our system is able to securely manage the pool of numbers provided by customers and provide reconciliation reports.
